BOOK A CLASS

  • Book your next class via the Member Login, or alternatively by selecting the appropriate class in the calendar below

  • If you attend a regular class each week (e.g. daily stretch break) and would like it to be setup as a re-occurring class click here for more information

  • Participants will receive a class link 30min prior to class start

  • Don’t have a member login? Create one using the link below. Note: Ensure you have the necessary forms complete as required by your organization

RE-OCCURRING CLASS SETUP

If you attend the same classes each week, you may want to set up recurring classes with links that can be added to your calendar.

  1. Go to Mindbody sign-in page or click “Member Login” below.

  2. Scroll down to the Sign In box and enter your account information. Click the Sign In button.

  3. Your Profile page will appear. Click on the Classes tab at the top.

  4. A Class Schedule page will appear. Find the class you want to set up as a recurring reservation and click the Sign Up Now button.

  5. The Make a Reservation page will appear. In the Recurring Options box, select your desired start and end date for the recurring class. Click the Make a recurring reservation button.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email once the classes have been booked with a reminder that can be added to your calendar.

  7. A Mindbody link will be sent to your work email 30 minutes before class starts. Click on the link to join the class.

Please note: If you want to attend stretch break daily, you will need to set up each day individually as a reoccurring reservation.
