MEGAN REDPATH
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, personal trainer
Megan grew up in a small town playing sports and meeting people and friends in the community. With that repetitive nature of training comes injuries at a young age however, so rehabilitation and proper movement was always a huge part of her life. She was a soccer, basketball, and volleyball player throughout school but spent 6 days a week in the pool training as a competitive swimmer from 8-13 years old. As she got older, she realized the importance of cross training, properly fueling her body and being kind to herself during the process. She went to UBCO and received a bachelors in Kinesiology, which later led her to Movement 108 in Vancouver just over 2 years ago.
Grinding through the Vancouver hustle while meeting clients and community members reminded her to be kind to yourself and the importance of mental and physical health. She is a firm believer of functional training for your body and mind to lead a better overall life that will carry you through anything!
